BNUSC Wellbeing

Mental Health & Wellbeing at BNUSC

At BNUSC, we believe in looking out for each other—on and off the field. Mental health is a serious issue, and we’re committed to ensuring everyone in our club community has access to the support they need.

Depression can show up in different ways—feeling overwhelmed, withdrawing from friends and family, struggling at work or school, or just not feeling like yourself. If this sounds familiar, know that you’re not alone. It’s okay not to be okay, and help is always available.

BNUSC is here to support our players, members, and families. If you or someone you know needs help, there are great resources out there, including:

VicHealth’s Be Healthy Blog: Be Healthy Blog
Head to Health: https://headtohealth.gov.au/

We have a dedicated Player Welfare Coordinator. Please email welfare.bnusc@gmail.com

Let’s keep checking in on each other—because at BNUSC, we’re more than just a club. 💙⚽
